Department: Capital Markets / Front Office IT

Reports To: Murex Project Manager / Front Office Lead

Are you a Murex expert passionate about driving innovation in Capital Markets technology? We're looking for a Murex Front Office Consultant to join our onsite team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-impact trading environments and excel at bridging the gap between Front Office, Risk, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with traders, sales, and structurers to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Murex solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Front Office modules including trade entry templates, pricing models, risk reports, and simulations.
  • Design and execute UAT/regression testing; validate pricing, booking, and P&L/risk outputs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BO/MO, Risk, and Integration teams to ensure seamless trade flows.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

Functional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of capital markets products — especially Derivatives (IRD, FXD); exposure to Equities and Commodities a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing, risk, and P&L concepts.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Murex Front Office (Mx3 preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting for data analysis.
  • Understanding of trade lifecycle and integration points across Front Office, Back Office, and Risk.

Professional Experience

  • 7–9 years of relevant Murex implementation or support experience.
  • Previous exposure to Front Office Support or Business Analyst roles in banks, consultancies, or Murex vendor environments.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced trading setups.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and stakeholder-focused mindset.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Location

Saudi Arabia (Onsite role)
