Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all IT systems, networks, and applications. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination with other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Supervise and support IT staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of technology resources.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, systems management, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, PMP, or CISSP) are an advantage
