OBJECTIVE:

Manage and support all government-related HR services and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies while maintaining operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years in HR or government affairs within KSA.
  • Arabic, English (preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Familiarity with government portals: Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Baladiya.
  • Ability to generate and manage official documentation and reports.
  • Understanding of Saudi labor law and regulatory compliance.
  • Data accuracy and record-keeping proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

MEASURE CRITERIA

Tracking investigations

  • Maintain a confidential log of internal HR investigations.

  • Timely and confidential case handling

Vacation Balance

  • Monitor and update employee vacation balances.

  • Accurate tracking and reporting

Letter Generator

  • Prepare and issue official HR letters (e.g., employment verification, salary certificates, NOC).

  • Timely issuance of employee letters

Baladiya – Health Card

  • Facilitate issuance and renewal of health cards for employees.

  • Compliance and timely renewals

Transfer of Sponsorship – Qiwa

  • Manage sponsorship transfer requests and approvals via Qiwa.

  • Accurate processing and documentation

Medical Insurance Platform

  • Administer employee medical insurance enrollments, removals, and claims.

  • Employee coverage and issue resolution

GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)

  • Register new employees and update records in GOSI.

  • Timely registration and updates

Friendly Settlement for Labor Disputes

  • Represent the company in labor dispute settlements.

  • Resolution rate and compliance

Destruction Appointment – Quality Excellence

  • Schedule and manage appointments for document or product destruction.

  • Coordination and documentation

Muqeem Portal

  • Update employee residency and travel information.

  • Data accuracy and timely updates

General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences

  • Coordinate permit applications for company participation in events.

  • Permit acquisition and coordination
