Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RGC Gym and Pilates facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure all gym, Pilates, and wellness areas are well-maintained and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance teams for equipment servicing, upgrades, and procurement.

2. Fitness & Wellness Programming

  • Design, implement, and manage fitness classes, Pilates programs, and personal training sessions aligned with RGC's Health, Fitness & Wellness vision.
  • Create diverse group exercise schedules tailored to members, elite golfers, visitors and ensuring maximum participation and inclusivity.
  • Introduce rehabilitation and spa-integrated wellness services in partnership with healthcare professionals.

3. Member Engagement & Experience

  • Provide personalized guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to help members achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Membership teams to promote fitness initiatives, events, and campaigns.
  • Collect member feedback and continuously improve the overall customer experience.

4. Staff Recruitment & Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of fitness instructors, Pilates trainers, and personal coaches.
  • Develop performance plans, training modules, and evaluation systems to maintain exceptional service standards.

5. Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Drive initiatives to increase gym and Pilates utilization through memberships, wellness programs, and premium offerings.
  • Develop pricing strategies and packages for personal training, group sessions, and wellness treatments based on RGC's revenue growth targets.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on usage trends, member retention, and financial performance.

6. Collaboration with Elite Golf & Sports Performance Programs

  • Support the Saudi Golf Federation by integrating strength & conditioning programs tailored for elite golfers.
  • Work closely with tournament organizers to prepare wellness services for high-performance athletes during major events.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Sports Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related field
    .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gym or fitness management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven success in managing Pilates, fitness programs, and wellness initiatives within a luxury club, hotel, or sports facility.
  • Certified Personal Trainer (
    ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent
    )
    required

  • Pilates Instructor Certification —
    preferred
    .
  • First Aid & CPR Certification —
    preferred
    .
  • Leadership & People Management: Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Fitness Programming & Innovation: Expertise in designing creative programs for diverse audiences.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Strong interpersonal skills to engage members and enhance satisfaction.
  • Business & Revenue Growth: Understanding of financial planning, pricing models, and KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Hands-on approach to resolving operational and service challenges.
