Who We Are Looking For

We seek a driven and analytical professional with strong consulting discipline who can work across multidisciplinary national programs and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings structured problem-solving, clear communication, and comfort managing workstreams in dynamic environments.

Role Summary

The Senior Consultant will lead and support workstreams across strategy development, national program design, transformation initiatives, and cross-sector projects. The role requires strong consulting acumen and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations while managing client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead components of national program or project design, including diagnostics, benchmarking, and strategic options.
  2. Support development of operating models, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps.
  3. Conduct structured research, analysis, and ecosystem assessments to inform recommendations.
  4. Develop frameworks and solutions for national initiatives, covering capability building, policy advisory, service design, or program operations as required.
  5. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and co-creation sessions with client teams.
  6. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive deliverables.
  7. Support project governance, progress tracking, and performance monitoring.
  8. Mentor junior team members and support internal capability building.
  9. Contribute to business development through proposal inputs and insights.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Public Policy, Economics, Innovation, or a related field.
  2. Mandatory: Direct consulting background (strategy, management consulting, transformation advisory, or related).
  3. Mandatory: Experience working with government-sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
  4. 4–6 years
    of experience in consulting roles covering strategy, transformation, national programs, or related advisory areas.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  7. Ability to lead workstreams independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  8. Mandatory: Fluent in both Arabic and English
