Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jeddah where some work-from-home flexibility is available. As a Sales & Deal Associate, your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and providing support throughout the M&A process. You will facilitate seamless transactions by managing pre-screening activities, evaluating business opportunities, preparing documents, and ensuring client satisfaction. Active collaboration with internal teams and trusted advisors will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in finance, sales, fintech, or client-facing roles,
  • People who want to break into dealmaking, private markets, or startup operations,
  • Candidates who enjoy talking to clients, understanding their business, and guiding them through a structured process.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and deal management skills
  • Proficiency in market research, business analysis, and financial evaluation
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes and legal frameworks
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, Finance or M&A is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
