The Role
We're seeking a
Strategic Growth Partner
to join our early-stage team and help scale Faltah across the Kingdom.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments, understands growth strategy, and wants to play a hands-on role in shaping a company's journey.
You'll collaborate directly with the founder on everything from operations to partnerships — helping turn Faltah's vision into a nationwide movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute partnership and growth strategies.
- Identify and validate new market and user acquisition channels.
- Collaborate on product feedback, operations, and go-to-market planning.
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or business development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with logistics, delivery, or mobility sectors is a plus.
- Located in Saudi Arabia or familiar with the local startup scene.
