About the Role

We are looking for a 
Digital Projects Manager
 to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation, software development, and consulting projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams—ensuring on-time, high-quality, and client-centric delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the 
    end-to-end project lifecycle
     — from initiation and requirements gathering to launch and post-delivery support.
  • Collaborate with clients to 
    define scope, objectives, and success criteria
     for each project.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate with 
    designers, developers, QA engineers, and consultants
     to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and budgets using agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Conduct 
    regular status meetings and reports
     for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure deliverables meet 
    quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
  • Continuously improve project processes and introduce best practices for delivery and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in 
    project management within software development or digital consulting environments.
  • Proven track record managing 
    web platforms, mobile apps, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of 
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
     and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills in both 
    English and Arabic
     (preferred).
  • PMP certification is required.
