Role Description
We are hiring a Corporate Learning & Development Supervisor in an on-site, full-time role based in Dammam. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all learning and development programs
- Supervise subordinates within the Division, including assigning work activities and projects, monitoring workflow, and reviewing results.
- Design, Execute and deliver the Learning & Development strategy in alignment with SFI's objectives.
- Monitor subordinates on Individual Development Plans, Leadership Development, Career Development, and all types of training and ensure that all adopted policies and programs are aligned with the overall People & Culture strategy at SFI and best practices in the industry.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of Competency Management Framework, Career Paths, and Performance Management outcomes for all SFI's team members.
- Design, deliver and lead the training programs including the core, functional, soft skills and leadership development.
- Provide guidance to develop supervisor training to ensure that general, technical, and industrial skills curriculums and courses are effectively developed, delivered, and maintained according to the best industry practices, quality standards, SAISB & SFI's requirements, and allocated budgets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance targets for the corporate learning programs.
- Prepare the annual estimated budgets and expenditures for the Learning & Development activities and submit to management for review and approval.
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department leaders to identify skills gaps and development priorities.
- Ensure the effective implementation of Individual Development Plans, Career Development, and Training programs and make sure that all related records, manuals, templates, and documentation are properly designed, communicated, maintained, and updated.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Ensure the effectiveness and promptness of all administrative and logistics activities associated with learning and training activities.
- Undertake specific initiatives and projects relating to the development, enhancement, and implementation of new L&D programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management, including designing and delivering training programs to meet organizational and workforce needs.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design to create effective and engaging training programs tailored to a variety of learning preferences and professional development goals.
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively mentor individuals, foster employee growth, and provide clear instruction in organizational objectives.
- Proven ability to build and manage collaborative relationships across teams and departments.
- Prior experience in corporate learning and development or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
- TTT Certification is a MUST.
- Fluent in English Langauge.
- (SHRM or CIPD or CPTD) Certification is preferred.
