Café Operations Supervisor

COPLANT is looking for an experienced Café Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations across our branches, ensure service quality, and support the café's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily café operations and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.
  • Develop and update SOPs; standardize workflows and ensure all branches follow operational guidelines.
  • Manage POS systems, inventory, costing, and recipe setup; monitor wastage and stock variances.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure operational discipline and smooth workflow.
  • Follow up on maintenance tasks and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Prepare weekly operational reports and daily snapshots of key updates.
  • Set and evaluate staff KPIs; monitor performance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Train new and existing staff to improve their operational skills.
  • Support new branch openings, staff readiness, and evaluation during the first 30 days.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in café or coffee shop operations.
  • Strong understanding of bar flow, service standards, and inventory systems.
  • Experience using Foodics (POS/Inventory/Costing).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve operational problems quickly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be located in Dammam or able to relocate immediately.
  • Must be able to work fully onsite across multiple branches.
  • Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7, ﷼9,500.00 per month
