Job Description:

We are looking for a
Graduate
Talent Acquisition Associate
you will be specializing in C-Suite hiring you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing visionary leaders for prestigious organizations across a wide range of industries. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the search process while focusing on C-Suite positions

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract highly qualified candidates for C-Suite positions.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach, networking events, and personalized communication to understand their career aspirations and motivations.
  3. Assessment and Screening: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume reviews, competency-based interviews, and skills evaluations, to ensure alignment with client requirements and cultural fit.
  4. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and specific requirements for senior appointments, providing strategic insights and recommendations throughout the recruitment process
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the Saudi Arabian market to advise clients and identify potential recruitment opportunities.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle using our internal systems and tools.
  7. Candidate Placement: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative recruitment strategies through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level professionals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in executive search
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary (All inclusive) - SAR 5,000/month
  • Quarterly commission based on individual and team hiring performance.
