: Business Development Specialist (Exhibitions, Booths, Conferences, and Events)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base in events, exhibitions, booth design and fabrication.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, organizers, and corporate partners.
  • Present the company's capabilities and services professionally to potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into active customers.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide insights to support growth strategies.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's presence in the exhibitions & events sector.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular performance and pipeline reports.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and build relevant connections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within exhibitions, events, or booth production.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Dynamic, motivated personality with a professional presence.
