We are #hiring a talented and motivated junior lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a legal background, particularly in civil and corporate law.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior lawyers in providing legal advice and support on Corporate matters.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various Civil and Corporate law and compliance issues.

  • Assist senior lawyers in preparing claims and court cases.

  • Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to corporate transactions.

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and due diligence processes.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance and support .

  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and advise accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Share'a from an accredited university.

  • Admission to the Saudi Bar Association and Ministry of Justice.

  • (2-4) Years of experience in related legal roles.

  • Currently licensed admitted to practice and in good standing to appear before the Courts of KSA.

  • Strong knowledge of KSA laws and regulations with good understanding of legal concepts.

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good command in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Master's degree in Law or related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in corporate law and governance is highly desirable.
