Role Summary
The Resident Engineer will lead the consultant supervision team for a prestigious Super high-rise project in Jeddah, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities.
- Lead the supervision team and coordinate with the Employer and Contractor.
- Conduct inspections, progress meetings, and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor project progress, safety, and quality performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum
15 years of experience
, including super
high-rise building supervision
. - Previous experience on
consultant side
in
super high-rise building
projects. - Strong technical, management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction management , and quality assurance.
