About the Role

We are looking for skilled and experienced trainers to support our API-U accreditation process and deliver high-quality training across the following programs:

  • API Rigger Training
  • API Offshore Rigger
  • API Crane Operator

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, practical industry experience, and the ability to deliver training aligned with API-U standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and deliver API-compliant training materials.
  • Facilitate classroom and hands-on training sessions for Rigger and Crane Operator programs.
  • Support the preparation of accreditation documents, policies, and API-U compliance requirements.
  • Assess trainee performance and maintain accurate training records.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure full compliance with API-U program standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in rigging, lifting operations, and/or crane operation.
  • Experience in delivering API, offshore, or heavy-equipment training.
  • Strong knowledge of API standards related to rigging and lifting operations.
  • Ability to support audits, documentation, and accreditation efforts.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with API-U accredited programs.
  • Offshore rigging/lifting experience.
  • HSE or Train-the-Trainer certification.
