- Assist the CEO in formulating and executing business strategies to enhance company efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee risk management, Integrated Management System administration, and ensure compliance with certifications and accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and update company strategies and long-term objectives.
- Prepare business plans and impact studies.
- Formulate cost-reduction and efficiency improvement schemes.
- Business Opportunities:

- Analyse complex business opportunities and present recommendations.
- Develop strategies to enhance shareholder value.
- Collaborate on new products, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Market Research:

- Conduct market research and develop market analysis systems.
- Assess feasibility of new investments and oversee consultant work.
- Risk Management:

- Develop and communicate risk policies.
- Perform risk assessments and evaluations.
- Prepare action plans and business continuity plans.
- Report risks to relevant committees and management.
- Certifications:

- Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SASO, API, and CE.
- Act as Management Representative for Quality and Integrated Management Systems.
- Monitor and review system performance and documentation.
- Policies & Procedures:

- Contribute to the preparation and review of company policies and procedures.
- Reporting:

- Assist in preparing reports for the Board of Directors and annual reports.
- Prepare routine and special reports as directed by the CEO.
- Qualifications:

- Education:

- Language:
Fluent in Arabic and English; strong technical report-writing skills.
- Experience:
10-15 years in Business Strategy
