Job Description

Location: In-Kingdom

Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Department

Reports To: Operations Manager / CEO

Job Summary: To Manage all aspects of companies Quality Assurance, Quality Control at a designated Project site and to ensure that Quality Assurance Programs have been effective, ensuring quality records are prepared, approved, collated and securely maintained.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement QA/QC Plans and Procedures. - Conduct Audits, Inspections, and Quality reviews. - Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for compliance. – Has complete delegated authority over all assurance/quality control matters at his assigned project. - Report Quality performance to Management.

Qualifications & Skills: - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical/Civil/Electrical) with good oral and written English is mandatory requirement. – minimum [15] years construction experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control with a minimum of [5] years as Senior Supervisory position gained in the petrochemical, oil & gas, power plant or related business industries. - Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements. - Familiar with the requirements of ASME Codes Stamps (A, S, PP, U & R). – Knowledge in Non-Destructive Techniques (NDT). – Familiar with GTAW, SMAW, GMAW and SAW welding process. - Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred: - Qualification courses in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing or related discipline. Member of relevant Technical Institutions such as QA/QC Welding, NDE institutions. Experience in EPC or industrial projects.

Other Requirements: -Mustregister with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Driving license is mandatory.
