Qualifications
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other documentation
- Assist in case preparation, including filing documents, managing evidence, and liaising with courts
- Provide legal advice and support to clients or internal teams under supervision
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain organized legal files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare legal briefs, memos, and reports for senior attorneys or management
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 2–3 years of work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a must
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
