Role Description

The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and public relations campaigns to promote the firm's services and enhance its brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating marketing content, managing public relations activities, building client relationships, and coordinating with stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Dammam.

Tasks and responsibilities

Content Management and Digital Communication

• Develop and execute a monthly content plan for the website and social media channels that aligns with the law firm's identity.
• Write and edit legal and professional posts, email newsletters, and short summaries for publication.
• Configure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) settings and select keywords to boost organic visibility.

Digital Campaigns and Advertising

• Design and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) within the company's budget.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate, and provide periodic reports with improvement recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize response rates.

Graphic Design and Visual Identity Assurance

• Prepare professional visual materials in accordance with the brand guidelines using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Coordinate images and videos with external service providers when necessary.

Relationship Management and Database

• Update and manage the CRM system, registering and tracking potential leads until conversion into actual clients.
• Analyze client data to identify new growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

Event and Exhibition Coordination

• Handle the logistical planning for legal seminars and workshops (venue booking, preparation of promotional materials, attendance management).
• Document event outcomes and draft summary reports on attendance and marketing impact.

Research, Analysis, and Strategy Formulation

• Conduct periodic market studies to monitor developments in the legal sector and competitors' services.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to analyze website and digital campaign performance.
• Propose innovative marketing initiatives (podcasts, short videos, professional partnerships) to increase engagement and achieve objectives.

Technical and Personal Skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• High organizational and administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a spirit of innovation and creativity in work.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Content Plan Adherence Rate:
  Publishing 90% of materials on schedule.
• Active Leads:
  Number of active potential clients registered and followed up monthly.
• Conversion Rate:
  Conversion rate from digital campaigns according to specified goals.
• Material Preparation Time:
  more than 95% of marketing and administrative materials delivered within the agreed timeframe.
• Report Quality:
  Error rate of less than 5% and minimum required amendments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing and content management, preferably in the professional services or legal sector.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM concepts, and proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English, including professional drafting skills.
