Job Purpose
The PTS Warehouse skilled worker is responsible for Inbound and Outbound operations.

  • Key responsibilities for this role are supporting the Warehouse team leader, with Receiving, Checking, Storing, and feeding materials by following the warehouse processes.

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Receiving the Raw Materials, Car Parts.
  • Moving the materials to receiving area by using Forklift, dolly's, pallet truck etc.
  • Verifying the received materials with Packing list and Invoice.
  • Storing the Materials in Storage location.
  • Feeding Materials to Production Lines to support pilot build team based on build plan.
  • Ensure periodical physical inventory of Raw Materials, Car Parts stored in Warehouse.
  • Ability of handle the warehouse operations (Inbound & Outbound), managing the inventory level.
  • Ability of storing the materials in warehouse, and to safely use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
  • Effective communication, collaborating with team members and other departments.
  • Prepare and report the received materials and parts status to warehouse team leader.
  • Report any equipment issues to team leader in a timely manner.

Functional Requirements

  • Ability of handle the warehouse operations (Inbound & Outbound), managing the inventory level.
  • Ability of storing the materials in warehouse, and to safely use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
  • Effective communication, collaborating with team members and other departments.

Cross-functional And External Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional support within the PTS Warehouse ensures the department requirements are anticipated and met.
  • Cross-functional support internally to anticipate and manage the PTS warehouse requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic level of verbal and written English
  • Basic Knowledge of Computer skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Advance level of Arabic
  • Knowledge of Receiving and Storing materials
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of feeding materials to production lines
  • Ability to safely use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

Education
High School, Diploma in supply chain or equivalent background.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of quality checking of skin part experience in the same field.
