Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Barista to join our team in an on-site role located in Riyadh. As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will interact directly with customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by delivering a positive café experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Barista skills and experience in preparing beverages and food
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience is preferred
