Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and pastries, ensure proper food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and manage daily tasks to provide excellent customer service. The role also involves engaging with customers, taking orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere within the branch.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Barista skills and techniques for preparing high-quality coffee beverages
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in Food Preparation to assist with pastry handling and basic bakery tasks
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to work effectively in a team and create a welcoming environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role and passion for coffee and customer service are highly valued
