Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for senior AI architects and machine learning leaders to drive innovation across Generative and Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Multi-Modal architectures.

In this role, you will help transform advanced AI research into real-world impact by creating systems that can learn, reason, and act independently in complex situations. You will work closely with a world-class engineering team to design and deliver scalable AI platforms, shape their long-term strategy, and ensure that every stage from concept to deployment meets the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning systems supporting a large-scale government AI initiative
• Build and optimize advanced AI systems, including 
  Generative and Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Language Models (LLMs), and Multi-Modal architectures
• Conduct applied research, experimentation, and end-to-end product delivery in AI-driven solutions
• Develop and enhance analytical platforms with a strong emphasis on generative and agentic AI capabilities
• Continuously improve AI-powered agents to enhance their understanding, reasoning, and execution across diverse environments and interfaces
• Define, implement, and
  monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
   and metrics to rigorously evaluate the performance, quality, and reliability of machine learning systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in machine learning methodologies, fostering their professional growth and technical excellence

Must have qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in 
  Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
  , or a related field with a strong emphasis on 
  Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
• Minimum 
  5 years of experience
   in designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning systems, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.
• At least 
  2 years of experience
   with cutting-edge Generative AI technologies
  (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal Models, Large Vision Models
  ) or related domains such as language modeling and computer vision.
• Proven experience in testing, deploying, and launching software products, with a solid foundation in software design and architecture.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
• Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with
  Agentic AI systems
   and ML domains such as 
  Reinforcement Learning,
   
  Image Analysis,
  or 
  Advanced Statistics
  .
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best engineering practices.
• Demonstrated ability to define and track meaningful metrics for assessing ML system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, coupled with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
