Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah/Riyadh for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive company growth. Core responsibilities include market research, crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with business capabilities. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, exploring new markets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Prior experience in a BTL marketing agency is a MUST

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a BTL marketing agency is a MUST.
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Market Expansion
  • Strong understanding of Client Relationship Management and Negotiation techniques
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
