Job Summary:
The D365 Retail Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 commerce system. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing system updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support for D365 commerce system issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to D365 commerce.
  • Trace and identify issues related to Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and retail teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and data backups.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs for end-users.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of system issues and resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 commerce features and best practices.
  • Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work on a shift rota to provide support during retail store opening hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 commerce.
  • Arabic speaker is a must.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certification related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is a plus.
