Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist Supervisor, located in the Eastern Province. The role involves supervising and managing sales and marketing strategies, overseeing team performance, and driving sales growth. The individual will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions. The role also includes developing and maintaining strong communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure goals are effectively achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to strategize and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teams, and manage client relationships.
- Proven experience in sales, including meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership and team supervision experience to guide and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales software or tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, particularly in aluminum extrusion, is an advantage.
