Job Title: Sales Executives & Sales Supervisor

Industry: PVC Pipes Manufacturing

Location: Dammam, Eastern Region

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / Commercial Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Executives and Sales Supervisor are responsible for promoting and selling PVC / UPVC / CPVC pipes and fittings, expanding market share, managing dealer and project sales, and ensuring achievement of sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Market Development

  2. Promote PVC pipe products to dealers, contractors, consultants, and project clients.

  3. Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and project segments.

  4. Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks.

  5. Project & Channel Sales

  6. Handle project inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and order follow-ups.

  7. Support specification approvals and contractor coordination.

  8. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  9. Client Relationship Management

  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

  11. Conduct regular market visits and product presentations.

  12. Ensure timely collection and adherence to credit policies.

  13. Team Supervision (Sales Supervisor Only)

  14. Supervise and guide sales executives in assigned territories.

  15. Monitor performance, set KPIs, and ensure target achievement.

  16. Train sales team on products, pricing, and market strategies.

  17. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  18. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

  19. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  20. Provide market feedback to management.

  21. Coordination with Internal Teams

  22. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for order execution.

  23. Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of PVC / UPVC / CPVC pipes and fittings.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Market-oriented and result-driven mindset.
  • English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

Sales Supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in PVC pipes or building materials sales.
  • Experience managing a sales team is mandatory.

Sales Executives

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in PVC pipes, plumbing, or construction materials sales.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region.
  • GCC experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SASO / ISO standards is a plus.
