You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we secure skilled professionals who align with our deep-rooted business fundamentals and forward-thinking vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Create, post, and manage compelling job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
  • Proactively source potential candidates through online channels, such as professional networks, social media, and CV databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the interview process with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent Yousef Al-Rajhi Group professionally at career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role within a professional environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and the full hiring lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
