Job Purpose:

To support the organization's cash flow management, banking operations, and financial risk control by ensuring efficient handling of daily treasury activities, monitoring liquidity, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash balances and forecast cash requirements.
  • Prepare and execute payments, transfers, and other bank transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Assist in managing short-term investments and loans.
  • Monitor and report on cash flow performance and liquidity position.
  • Support in preparing treasury-related reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with other finance team members for payment schedules and funding needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

Office-based role with occasional coordination with banks and external partners.
