About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated
Sales Marketing Executive
to support our business growth by driving SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) acquisition through targeted marketing and commercial activities. This role requires a strong blend of
B2B outreach, lead generation, and client engagement
to promote our services and convert business prospects into active customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Outreach

  • Execute B2B marketing initiatives to attract and engage SME clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support promotional activities, campaigns, and field marketing visits.
  • Develop marketing pitches and value-based product presentations tailored to client needs.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified SME prospects through daily outreach.
  • Generate leads via field visits, calls, networking, and digital communication.
  • Conduct product/service demos for business owners and decision-makers.
  • Convert qualified prospects into active clients to meet monthly acquisition targets.

Client Relationship & Coordination

  • Maintain relationships to ensure a strong onboarding experience and early customer success.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Support, Finance) to ensure smooth activation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Sales, Marketing, or B2B client acquisition
    (preferred: SME sector).
  • Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with commercial marketing and lead generation tactics.
  • Self-driven, outgoing personality with the ability to work under target pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
