NovaStar, a global leading LED display Control Solutions Provider, develops and provides LED display control solutions for various market applications including entertainment, digital signage, and rentals.
Currently we're expanding in Middle East Region by launching our brand new service office in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia.

Role Description & Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, Manage general admin duties like scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies, assisting with administrative tasks, handling office equipment, and providing basic customer service. The role includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, helping coordinate meetings and ensuring efficient communication within the office.
Requirement & Skills & Qualifications:
- Skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good communication in Arabic and English.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic experience in using office software (e.g., MS Office).
- A proactive, flexible mindset, ready to grow with the role.
- Candidates must hold Saudi nationality.
- Based in Riyadh.
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
- No minimum experience is required.
