Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Jeddah and Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales of specialty coffee products by identifying and building relationships with new clients, maintaining current customer accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties include training clients about our products, implementing effective sales strategies, and managing the sales process to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaboration with the sales management team to develop goals and meet company objectives is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Experience with Training to educate clients about our specialty coffee and its unique value proposition
- Ability to work on-site and participate in team initiatives effectively
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment
- Knowledge or passion for the coffee industry and sustainable practices is an added advantage
