Description
  • Oversee all contractual aspects of the Green Riyadh CMO Project, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and subcontracts in coordination with project teams.
  • Manage claims, disputes, and contractual correspondence with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Provide guidance on contract strategy, risk management, and compliance to project management and leadership teams.
  • Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables, including reports, certificates, and approvals.
  • Monitor contractual performance, track milestones, and maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, and finance departments to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or environmental projects.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
