Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Employee Relations Specialist will manage and foster positive relationships within the organization, ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws. Key responsibilities include handling employee engagement programs, managing workplace concerns, supporting performance management processes, ensuring adherence to labor and employment regulations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement practices to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Strong understanding of HR Policies and Performance Management to support employee development and organizational goals
  • Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally
  • Relevant experience in employee relations or human resources management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the labor laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage
