Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Employee Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture Team in Saudi, leading efforts to maintain and elevate Calo's work environment. This role will focus specifically on enhancing the experience of office and kitchen employees. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating positive experiences, has an interest in project management, and thrives under pressure with a creative flair. A strong sense of humor and meme literacy is a plus

Main Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline the onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding processes for new and existing employeesCoordinate communication between new hires and the team during onboardingHandle office management tasks, including layout, branding, culturalization, maintenance, supplies, equipment purchasing, and furnishingAddress office requests and needs, and respond to queries in a timely mannerDevelop initiatives focused on employee wellness, engagement, and cultural development to foster a healthy workplace Plan and execute in-house or off-site social events and celebrations, ensuring employees' key celebrations, birthdays, and important events are never missedMaintain budgets for social events and office managementCollaborate with the People & Culture Team on ad-hoc initiatives and projectsSupport performance management cycles to ensure a positive employee experience

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field3+ years of experience focused on Employee ExperienceMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Knowledge and Competency

Into customer customer-centric approach Must have strong experience in onboarding/off-boarding/cross-boardingCulture developmentEmployee wellness and well-beingEvents and initiatives
