Customer Experience Department.

Position Overview.

The Data Analyst and Project Supervisor play a vital role in the Customer Experience Department by providing analytical insights and managing key projects. This position is responsible for evaluating customer feedback, analyzing departmental performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures that data-driven decisions enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications.

  • Analyze customer feedback and each section within the department to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Examine complaints, evaluate performance, and identify root causes to recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality evaluations and determine underlying issues impacting customer experience.
  • Report on overall department performance, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.
  • Track and actively participate in department projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs); analyze and compare received proposals.
  • Define and measure Return on Investment (ROI) for the department and its projects.
  • Support the Head of Department by preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report and escalate departmental and project challenges in a timely manner to ensure swift resolution.

  • Organize and prepare for weekly meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or project supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Reporting Structure.

This role reports directly to the director of Customer Experience Department. The Data Analyst and Project Supervisor may supervise junior analysts or administrative staff assigned to specific projects, as needed.

Working Hours.

Standard working hours are Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate project deadlines or department meetings.
