Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Lawyer. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal cases, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case strategies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal research, case analysis, and interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and various legal documents
  • Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and client representation
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and advisory skills
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and international laws and regulations
  • Soft skills
  • Master's degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent; possession of a legal practice license is required
  • Previous experience in labor law, commercial law, or similar specialties is advantageous
