Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Riyadh for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7Ribs. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality service and food standards. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in supervising and training staff, managing schedules, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining inventory. The successful candidate will also play a key role in fostering a positive and professional working environment and ensuring all operations align with company values and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the dining experience and address guest needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Hiring and managing staff, including recruitment, training, and creating schedules
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry to oversee operations and maintain quality standards
  • Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of restaurant financials, including inventory control and cost management
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to run both FOH and BOH operations.
