About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Specialist – Safer Payments
to join our Anti-Financial Crimes (AFC) team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced systems that protect against money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. You will work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and innovation to safeguard the integrity of banking operations.

What You'll Do

  • Build and integrate AFC systems with banking platforms.
  • Analyse data to detect suspicious activity and prevent financial crimes.
  • Develop predictive ML models and automate detection workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, CFT, and international standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance teams to deliver secure solutions
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in software development, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in Java/Python/C++, SQL/NoSQL, and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime risks.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (master's preferred).
