We are seeking a skilled 
Platform Operations Specialist
to support a football event taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2027. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong operational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills who thrives in a dynamic, high-profile sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of event-related digital platforms and solutions to ensure seamless performance.

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms; implement system updates and enhancements when required.

  • Ensure all technical requirements are met and collaborate closely with external development partners to support implementations.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor platform performance through data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Analyze user behavior to optimize user experience, engagement, and platform efficiency.

  • Produce periodic performance reports and dashboards covering key metrics and KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Venue IT teams and product development partners to align strategies and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (communications, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure a unified brand tone and consistent user experience across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in platform management, digital operations, or IT systems administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret user data and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with large-scale events, sports organizations, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
