Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will handle daily e-commerce operations, analyze sales performance, improve online customer experiences, and optimize digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing online product catalogs, ensuring an efficient online sales process, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with online sales strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in E-commerce operations and Sales strategy development
  • Strong Analytical Skills for performance monitoring and insights generation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms that support online sales
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in online retail or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
