Role Description
As a Senior Sales Executive (Enterprise Solutions) at AvanteNow, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This includes managing the sales lifecycle, from lead generation and consultative selling to contract negotiation and closing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs and assist in driving strategic growth. This is a full-time hybrid role based in KSA, with flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Sales and handling enterprise-level accounts
- Proficiency in Sales strategies, Lead Generation, and building client pipelines
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and deal structuring
- Experience in Consultative Selling to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Excellent relationship management (Strong C-level interfacing skills), and presentation skills
- Ability to
develop relationships with key decision-makers
and influence business decisions. - Experience with cloud / SaaS based enterprise software, particularly ServiceNow, is a strong advantage
- Past experience working on responding to large RFP's
- 5+ years minimum sales experience
in the KSA markets. (overall experience should be more than 10+) - Excellent communication, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote
Enterprise solutions like
ServiceNow
,
ERP, RPA, Workflow Automation, Digital Transformation, Cloud Transformations and Software Development & Testing
solutions. - Leading Net New business generation / Expansion
- Managing install base accounts to ensure long term engagement with the customers
- Manage the
entire sales cycle
from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals. - Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring business growth in the
KSA region
. - Manage sales of end-to-end solutions in complex in B2B scenarios.
- Potential to bring in new logos/accounts from past relationships/references.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business stakeholders
. - Work closely with technical teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and brand positioning.
- Ability to Lead a team of senior business consultants and country level account managers to effectively engage global accounts, building value proposition, creating account plans, territory plans, and developing vision workshops for customer adoption.
- Effectively manage regional partners and local alliances as part of project delivery and
- implementation services rendered to customers
- Develop industry focused sales strategies and effectively execute to create strong customer base.
