Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves creating and delivering impactful sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive collaborates with internal teams to strategize and execute sales plans.

Core Requirements:

  • preferably Arabic speaker
  • 6–10+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, retail, or distribution
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and large retailers
  • Strong exposure to KSA market (buyers, decision makers, etc.)
  • Proven ability to grow and retain strategic accounts
  • Experience handling annual agreements, rebates, and promotions
  • Solid understanding of margins, rebates, backend support, and pricing
  • Ability to analyze sales data, sell-out, stock
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Core responsibilities and tasks:

  • Own and manage assigned key retail accounts
  • Build strong long-term relationships with buyers and decision makers
  • Act as the main point of contact between accounts and the company
  • Deliver sell-in and sell-out targets
  • Drive range expansion, new SKU listings, and delisting management
  • Identify growth opportunities within each account
  • Plan promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activities
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and trade terms within management approvals
  • Monitor stock levels, aging, and weeks of cover
  • Align orders with sell-out to avoid overstocking

Ensures proper execution of:

  1. Planograms
  2. Promotions
  3. Visibility and displays
  4. Coordinate with merchandising and promoters team

Work closely with:

  1. Marketing (campaigns & visibility)
  2. Finance (collections, rebates, credit control)
  3. Escalate risks and opportunities early
  4. Ensure timely collections as per agreed terms
  5. Follow up on overdue payments and disputes
  6. Support finance in maintaining healthy cash flow
