One of JobIn Clients is hiring for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic site environments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.


• Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.


• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor site progress, materials, and manpower utilization to ensure adherence to timelines.


• Conduct quality inspections and verify that all work complies with design and regulatory requirements.


• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site in collaboration with the project team.


• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed and assist in implementing HSE standards.


• Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project management.


• Assist in cost control and resource planning to optimize project efficiency.


• Support in the testing and commissioning of completed works.

Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project (or equivalent project management tools).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering techniques.
  • Familiarity with surveying instruments (Total Station, Theodolite, GPS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of structural drawings, civil works, and MEP coordination.
  • 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, FE, or relevant engineering licenses are an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct quantity take-offs, material estimation, and progress measurement.
  • Understanding of QA/QC procedures and safety management systems.
