Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Administrative Specialist. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining documentation, coordinating with teams, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. The role also involves assisting with customer service inquiries and providing support for financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and experience managing daily office operations
  • Analytical Skills to assess data and solve problems effectively
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Finance for handling related tasks and processes
  • Strong time management abilities and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
