Specialist - Procurement
. This key position will involve managing the procurement activities across various exciting projects as part of our mission to establish Qiddiya as a global entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.

The Specialist - Procurement will ensure that all procurement processes adhere to best practices and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. Your expertise will help secure high-quality goods and services that meet our organizational needs while also ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with project requirements and corporate goals
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify potential sourcing opportunities
  • Draft and manage RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders according to procurement policies
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee supplier performance, and maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide performance insights through regular reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs effectively
  • Promote best practices in procurement and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to support procurement decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain roles
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract management, and vendor assessment
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong ability to foster collaboration
  • Proficient in procurement software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
