Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Project Manager
to lead the successful delivery of client projects from onboarding through closure. This role ensures smooth handover from sales, effective planning, ongoing monitoring, and insight-driven reporting, while maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and kick-off processes, aligning stakeholders from day one
  • Monitor project execution, manage risks, and support delivery teams
  • Develop project plans, track performance, and ensure timely execution
  • Produce regular project reports with insights and recommendations
  • Oversee project closure, final deliverables, and internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management or delivery roles
  • Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure accountability
  • Excellent documentation and reporting abilities in Arabic
  • English is a plus
