Job Description:

  • Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
  • Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special projects.
  • Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
  • Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with local financial and legal requirements.
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma Degree in accounting
  • Not Registered in Social Insurance's for the past 6 months

Skills:

  • English Language
  • Microsoft Office Skills
