About the Role

We're looking for a
Social Media Manager

to lead our social presence end-to-end: strategy, content planning, daily publishing, community management, and performance analytics. You'll guide a creative team, ensure brand consistency, and execute platform-specific strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Own the content calendar and day-to-day publishing (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor the content/design team for timely, high-quality output.
  • Manage community interactions and escalate issues when needed.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and deliver performance reports.
  • Partner with campaign, PR, and design teams for integrated storytelling.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, formats, and Saudi digital trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6 years

managing social for brands or agencies (Saudi market experience required).
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven ability to read data and translate insights into action.
- Fluency in
Arabic and English

Work Mode:

On-site, full-time at our Riyadh office.
