Future Cities for Engineering Consultations (FCEC) is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with proven experience in infrastructure assessment, subsurface utilities exploration, heritage building evaluation, and advanced geospatial engineering projects.

Priorities to Saudi nationals.

Main Role

As a Project Manager, he will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams in complex infrastructure and geospatial. This role requires a strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in advanced technologies and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage infrastructure assessment and underground utilities detection tasks.
  • Oversee soil and geotechnical studies.
  • Oversee geospatial information systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementations.
  • Develop and execute Digital Terrain models for critical sites and facilities.
  • Conduct heritage building condition assessments and evaluate historic urban fabric.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (engineering, geotechnical, surveying).
  • Follow up and supervise Laser-Scan survey teams.
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality technical reports and studies in both Arabic and English.
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), technical proposals, and bidding documents.
  • Handle other related tasks including contract management, scope development, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical and analytical reports supporting executive decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, Surveying, (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure and geospatial.

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in:

  • Infrastructure diagnostics

  • Soil and geotechnical studies
  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple deliverables.

  • Exceptional technical report writing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Prior experience in Smart Cities projects or Heritage Conservation is highly preferred.
